What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

What is the cost of breakfast?
Breakfast, when not included in the room price, can be purchased for €9.00 per person. For children from 0 to 2 years old, breakfast is free.
Is there a parking service?
The Hotel has ample free parking, accessible at any time of day or night;
A covered garage service is available at the price of €9.00 per car, subject to availability.

Is it possible to book a private transfer to and from the airport?
A shuttle service to and from Venice Marco Polo and Treviso Canova airports is available on request for a fee.

The hotel has 58 rooms, divided into Classic, Superior and Junior Suite types.

Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00, Check-out is until 10:00. Subject to availability, we grant free late check-out by 12 noon and early check-out from 12 noon. Please check directly with reception on the day of arrival.

Is luggage storage available?
The luggage of departing or arriving customers can be stored in our luggage room free of charge.

What hours does Reception follow?
Reception is open 24 hours a day.

What hygiene and security measures is the hotel following?
The Staff of the BEST WESTERN Park Hotel Continental**** has been carefully trained in the adoption of the latest hygiene and sanitation protocols for the prevention of Covid - 19 infection.
Hand sanitising gel dispensers have been placed at various points in the hotel; it is no longer compulsory to wear a mask when each guest leaves the hotel, and the room is sanitised and ventilated. Particular attention is paid to all areas that are often in contact with hands such as remote controls, minibars, handles and switches. Just as much care is taken in the treatment of filters of the air conditioning system. The linen is treated with careful washing, packaging and antibacterial.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome with a surcharge of € 10.00 per night, please request in advance.

Do you have cots available?
Yes, for children up to the age of 3 years, it is possible to add a cot to their parents' room at an additional charge of €10.00 per night. The availability of cots is limited, so we recommend that you request them when booking.

Yes, we offer all types of alternatives indicated. It is always advisable to specify special requirements at the time of booking.
Can we connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas, simply connect by entering the password that you will be given when you check in.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
The entire hotel is non-smoking.

Is an iron available in the room?
We provide an iron and ironing board upon request. It is not possible to iron on the bed or furniture in the room.

Is there an in-house restaurant?
No, but we have agreements with 10% discount at several restaurants in the city. Our reception desk is available to hand out coupons and give directions. We do, however, organise lunches, dinners or refreshments on request on our premises (from 20 participants).

Are there children free of charge?
Yes, children are free up to the age of 3 (3.99) in the same bed with their parents. From 4 years upwards there are no children's discounts. For any special requirements, please contact reception directly on 0421.43148.
